INTRODUCTION
In the journey towards social inclusivity, progress isn’t guaranteed, it requires deliberate effort and intentionality. As a DE&I speaker and workshop leader, my work is about ensuring we do not take that for granted, that we support those who will follow us with tools for self advocacy and stand in solidarity with those who need it most today. I want to help ensure that progress is not just a hope but a tangible reality for all.
ABOUT ME
As an autistic, queer person, also living with a chronic health condition, I have first hand experience of how these intersecting identities impact one's presence and belonging in different spaces
I am a speaker, workshop facilitator and content producer. I believe that cultivating empathy is the most important step to fostering a culture of true, genuine inclusivity. By starting from a place of empathy, we open many doors to change.
